Stephanie’s passion for understanding human behavior and mindset was inspired by her own journey of overcoming trauma. She is deeply committed to engaging in heartfelt, compassionate conversations about self-empowerment and mental wellness, breaking the stigma associated with these topics.

With her positive psychology coaching program, Shift With Steph™, Stephanie facilitates transformative experiences that embrace health and mindset as the keys to balance. Drawing from her journey of overcoming a stress-related neurological condition, she is a passionate advocate for health and wellness. Stephanie helps individuals and organizations create narrative shifts, which she believes start with self-compassion.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Stephanie emerged as a leading voice internationally, supporting her husband and others in navigating the illness.
